You probably have an opinion about Jesus. Maybe you believe He was a great man, teacher, or a prophet if He even existed at all. Regardless of what you believe, it is evident that Jesus changed a lot of things and the truth is that He want's to change you too.
No matter who you are, where you have been, or what you have done, Jesus came to pave a path from God directly to YOU.
Jesus himself said in John 14:6-7
I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well.
But how do you get on that path?
Jesus says we have to know Him and He has given us a way to do that, through the Holy Bible. So start reading! What you will find is that there's no special prayer or need to raise your hand at the end of a sermon. Instead you will learn:
If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,‘ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and your sins are forgiven. Make Jesus King of your life and your relationship with God is begun.
Do that, and EVERYTHING will change. Do that, and you’re a Christian.
Once you have given your life to Jesus, its time to take the plunge and declare to the world with your actions what your mouth has already confessed. Jesus is my way, He is my truth, and He is my life.
Cornerstone Communities are a key aspect of our church. Each group meets weekly in the home of a group member (usually the leader's home) and we try to keep them limited to 20 people, including kids. Within the community you will experience life as a family - sharing meals, interacting multi-generationally, and studying God's word while having the opportunity to make friendships that will last a lifetime. If you can't find an open community, or you are interested in leading your own, please let us know!
All In is a class for anyone interested in joining Cornerstone. Learn who we are, what God says about the church, and what the scriptures teach about church membership. Identify your spiritual gifts, and find the ministry team that God has waiting for you!
